    林全表示，針對5月31日供電吃緊的情況，他也特別要求台電注意歲修時間的安排，因應氣候劇烈變化，不應該將歲修時間排在用電尖峰的月份。台電也表示明年提早至5月20日完成歲修，避開高用電量時間，避免造成今年5月31日供電吃緊的情形再次發生。
